Two-dimensional and three-dimensional works made within the last five years are eligible including paintings, prints, drawings, sculpture, ceramics, photographs, computer generated art, and mixed media. Two-dimensional work must not exceed 36” wide by 72” high. Sculpture must not exceed 60” high by 24” wide and deep. Submissions should include up to three digital files on CD, with the completed entry form and payment of $10 for museum members, or $20 for non-members. The juror is art historian Karen Shelby, a professor of Art History at Baruch College, The City University of New York. She teaches 19th Century through Contemporary Art, Museum Studies and the Art Market. She specializes in visual culture and The Great War, art and nationalism, and the art collectives associated with ACT UP. Shelby received her Ph.D from the CUNY Graduate Center.
